Returns Policy

Vibrant will accept a return on any DOA items within at least 30 days from the sale.  Warranties vary per product though and may extend up to a year on certain items - please see the product listing. 

An RMA must be requested from our staff.  Items returned will be replaced or else the buyer will receive their money back if a replacement is unavailable.

If a buyer wants to return an item which is in good working condition but was mis-ordered by the customer, s/he will be responsible for all shipping charges and also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  These non-DOA returns will only be accepted within 10 days from close of sale.
